Shoots range from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the services and size. We can meet the Realtor, the owner, or go in on lockbox (some of our photographers have ekeys). We shoot as many pictures as you'd like. Pictures will be delivered by noon the next day via online gallery where you can download multiple resolutions. (Clients must pay to unlock download password) Print size is roughly 3000x2000. If you need larger resolutions please let us know prior to the shoot.
We serve the Columbus, Ohio area (10 mile radius around 270). We do not travel to other cities. (Travel beyond 10 miles outside 270 is $5/mile one way, up to 30 miles outside 270).
$25 charge for homes cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the appointment.
We are not stagers. We ask Realtors/stagers to prep homes prior to the photographer arriving. Here is helpful guide to inspire your clients to get their homes clean and clutter free.
We add blue skies to exteriors free of charge. We add images to TVs for $1 each.
